Working Together

DanceSyndrome has unique relationships with a wide range of diverse organisations across the UK. As an organisation with a culture where everyone feels safe to be their authentic selves, to express themselves, and to learn and grow, we have a lot to contribute to conversations about inclusion in business environments.

We work collaboratively with businesses to bring our unique perspective on inclusion to the delivery of workshops, training and event solutions. We are also keen to develop corporate partnerships of all kinds, including Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) partnerships.

Partnering with DanceSyndrome can inspire both your employees and your clients. Association with an impactful charity that transforms lives is great for strengthening your brand, but DanceSyndrome can also share powerful insights into inclusion with your business. We can offer training for your employees that will help with transferrable skills, inspiration, motivation and make people feel more included.

We work together with organisations to deliver:

Bespoke Workshops

We can deliver bespoke leadership workshops that demonstrate the power of inclusion. These can be adapted to fit the message your organisation wants to share and can be any length to suit your needs.

All our sessions will be co-delivered by a Dance Artist and Dance Leaders with disabilities.

Feedback on past workshops:

“This was a wonderful visit. We all found the visit quite emotional and humbling. It was great to get us on our feet and the dance workshop was really impactful and memorable. The group came away thoroughly impressed by all of you as people, by the vision and scope of DanceSyndrome’s activities.”

These can take many different forms, including straight-forward business sponsorship to support with running costs, in-kind donations of equipment or reciprocal exchanges of pro-bono services, amongst other ideas.

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Relationship

As a small charity, DanceSyndrome relies heavily on the local business community for support. In return, we can offer great opportunities for your organisation to have a positive impact on the lives of people with learning disabilities and to see the business benefits that ESG relationships can bring.

ESG partnerships are great for helping with:
• Improving wellbeing
• Being recognised as an ethical business and employer
• Increasing job satisfaction
• Employee retention
• Feeling fulfilled and knowing you are helping to make an impact

Enable your employees to support a cause they care about – this builds team spirit, makes a cohesive workplace and creates trust in an employer who demonstrably cares about wider Society.

Build a sustainable partnership with an expert in inclusion who can add value to your strategic objectives, deliver training to support your inclusion agenda and help action plan to improve your equality and diversity practices with both employees and customers.

In return for your support we can offer:
• Press coverage
• Social media coverage
• Printed advertisements in event programmes
• Complimentary tickets to our events
• Marketing stalls at our events
• Logos & links on our website and e-news
• Shared networking opportunities
• Performances at your events

There are several ways we can work together to help your organisation to demonstrate your commitment to your local community and we are always keen to build bespoke collaborations that meet the needs of both DanceSyndrome and our partners.
