She has supported teams delivering high-impact programmes, navigating complex stakeholder environments and championing values of equity, access and collaboration. Driven by a belief that arts and culture are powerful agents for social change, Alexandra is committed to helping the charity expand its reach, deepen its community-fuelled impact and build sustainable pathways for diverse talent.
