Dance by Example is a training course to enable people with learning disabilities to gain the skills and confidence to co-deliver dance workshops and take the role of Dance Leader.
The training is also aimed at people who want to support Dance Leaders with learning disabilities in their delivery of dance workshops.
This qualification is suitable for learners who have previously completed the Level 1 Dance By Example training course or at the appropriate level through other Dance Leader training – please email email@example.com if you are unsure if this is the correct level for you.
The Level 2 qualification will allow learners to take the next step on their leadership journey and develop the skills established during the Level 1 qualification, or Dance By Example course.
– Develop leadership skills in more depth
– Plan, co-lead and evaluate complete dance sessions
– Assist in planning and leading a dance event
– Further explore movement and music in dance choreography
Once qualified, learners will be able to lead safe, purposeful and enjoyable dance sessions with their co-leader.

November – Saturday 28th
November – Sunday 29th
All 10:00am – 4:30pm
The cost of this Level 2 course, including accreditation, is £250. This amount can be paid upfront or in instalments.
