We have achieved so many life-changing projects over the last five years including dancing live on The One Show in support of Amanda Hart’s Mad March Challenge for Comic Relief (see https://dancesyndrome.co.uk/strictly-does-it/) But, all these successes have required funds to support them. So, this year, as part of our fundraising strategy, I have challenged all members of the DanceSyndrome Management Board to do something individually to raise money to help our cause.
For my part, I am attempting to complete a half-marathon on 5th October 2014 in Bournemouth (see www.run-bmf.co.uk ) As this will be the furthest distance I will have run in 65 years, it will be a significant challenge for me and I will have spent several months pounding the streets in training to complete it. So, please help to make my efforts worthwhile by donating whatever you can at http://localgiving.com/charity/dancesyndrome. You can follow my training progress at @dancesyn_david. Or, better still, come and join me and raise your own contribution to DanceSyndrome’s ongoing success!Wish me luck and thank you for any contribution that you can make!
