Samantha is the Founder and Managing Director of the Community Interest Company ‘No Label Arts’ which presents work by professional disabled artists and provides opportunities for disabled people in Lancashire. Prior to this she worked in arts development and management for local authorities and also has experience in working in the charitable sector. She started her career in Vancouver, Canada working for a music festival and for a children and young people’s visual and performing arts charity. Samantha studied Business and Marketing at the University of Lancashire (Bachelor of Arts – Honours) and Cultural Policy & Management at Sheffield Hallam University (Master of Arts- Distinction). She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and the School for Social Entrepreneurs (NW)and was granted a Churchill Fellowship in 2018 to research good practise in providing training and employment opportunities for disabled people in the arts.
